「clean, good breakfast」

「I was unable to check in due to an issue with my reservation. The room was listed online at one rate, but when I arrived at the property, I was informed that a significantly higher rate would be required. The staff was unable to offer a satisfactory solution or assistance regarding the discrepancy. It also took a considerable amount of time to reach someone for help after arriving at the property. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I was disappointed with the level of customer service...

「For the price, it was ideal for a weary traveler. The beds are comfortable and the shower was clean. A big plus for me is that it's dog friendly.The walls are thin and it is on the Interstate. Definitely not a vacation destination.」

「With three children (6, 8 and 10 years old) the pool helped a lot when we first arrived for them to get some exercise after an 8 hour drive. The breakfast was a great help in getting us on the road early.」

「The location was perfect for our business at the Air Force Base. The only thing I had a problem with was the entrance because it shares a driveway with another business. It gives you the feeling you're going to the blue painted candy store but if you turn left as you pull into the parking lot there's a driveway and the front of the hotel is at the end of the driveway. Maybe a bigger sign would help. All in all our stay was wonderful. Will go back if we have a need to.」

「La habitación que yo tenía reservada no me la dieron me la cambiaron, cuando ingrese al habitación el aire acondicionado no servía y en recepción me dijeron que todo funcionaba hasta que les mostré una foto del cable dañado, después me cambiaron o habitación parecía todo normal hasta que encontré pequeñas cucarachas en el baño. Muy mala experiencia .」
