「Staffs friendly and restaurants team super nice 」

「We stayed 7 nights and it turned out to be our best family trip ever. All staff are friendly and eager to help. We're lucky to meet Dias who assisted us since check-in and took care of every detail to the end. Thanks for her hospitality and thoughtfulness. There seemed to be some problem on the room keys and the entry light was flashing, yet all of these were solved immediately after we told the staff. The facility is great yet the staff are even better. It's my smartest decision to choose...

「We loved our stay here. It’s one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. It ticked every box. There are 3 suites and we had the middle one 5102. One of the reasons we picked this was the private pool area. The pool had a lot of sun during the day and the day bed was full sun until around 3ish. We loved that our favorite beach bar, the orange bar, was just across the road to watch the sunset each night. We didn’t venture too far as everything we needed was close by. 「Kumala is my go to every time I come to Bali. Everything is beautiful staff, surroundings, pool however I do wish they would upgrade their sheets and towels. Some of them have seen better days. 」

「The staff was wonderful, the room was huge, the bathroom was super clean and exceptionally nice. Location was spot on for restaurants, cafes, the beach, and more! 10/10 stay. Would absolutely come back. 」

「Really modern and new building. Comfortable to take your time alone in the private pool. Smart home features makes the stay more fun. Additionally thanks to the staff in reception for taking care of handing over of our forgotten items in the room to some friends in next days after our check-out. The breakfast could be better just as an improvement point.」

「All staff are helpful with good smile. Rooms are very clean and tidy but a little bit old. Mini stores and massage shop and restaurant are available outside the hotel. Breakfast choice good for western guest. It is recommended to add a noodle station for the Asians. A departure lounge for the checked-out guests to meet the late flight schedule.」
