The staff at Sheraton Bali were AMAZING! The people of Bali are always friendly and welcoming but Sheraton was on another level. We travelled as a family and the staff were extra attentive to the kids. Making them balloon animals, surprising them with little treats in the room. The kids have never been happier. There are daily activities and kids club to keep the kids entertained. The attention to detail in the rooms were amazing and we will be back for sure!

Kuta is another BUSY location

Very cool design built on a cliff. Attached to a huge shopping mall, bustling location! Does not have a private beach, it is across a busy street and very busy with vendors and surfers.

Everything is perfect, employees are always smiling and friendly, food is great and location is good. But the carpet in the room is shedding everywhere, even after room cleaning. The carpet should be removed in the riom.

I liked how quiet it was. The staff were friendly and helpful always. However I thought that the pool was not big enough for a hotel of this size.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort. The housekeeping staff created beautiful towel art such as swans and other figures with kind messages on the bed โ€” so amazing that we wanted to take photos to remember them! At check-in, Mr. Oka, who speaks fluent Japanese, was very kind and helpful. Every staff member we met โ€” at the second-floor restaurant, by the pool, or even in the corridor โ€” greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel so comfortable. This stay gave us such special memories, and we would love to stay here again when we visit Bali in the future. Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality. We look forward to visiting again in the near future!
