「Great downtown Honesdale, PA location. At check in I was told to park in the Wayne Memorial Hospital lot which is shared with the Hotel. Check in was pleasant/easy. Stairs to 2nd floor room. At end of day rush hour a bit noisy from the busy street/intersection. Room could use a thorough cleaning and some updates. Older mattress well past its' useful life. Sink water had mislabelled Hot/Cold faucets. Water had an odor? A/C worked OK but curtain blocked the flow if closed. Shower head...

「I looked forward to staying at Cove Haven Resort for years. My parents spent their honeymoon here, and I always dreamed of visiting to recreate some of their memories and photos. Based on the stunning pictures on the website, I expected a romantic and enjoyable getaway. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The room was in very poor condition. The Lakelyn Lodge in Lakeville PA is a newly renovated hotel with a fabulous eye to detail and with great finishing touches.
