"Staff - fantastic, couldnt have been more friendly or helpful. Bedroom very basic, tired and the door looked like it had been broken into once or twice and offered little confidence from a security prospective."

"We stay here when in Yeovil visiting relatives. The Hotel is dated, and a little 'tired' . However there is always a war., cheerful welcome. The rooms are large and windows can be opened which is a big bonus in my view. We made the mistake of trying a different hotel once. Never again. The manor suits our needs and budget. "

In decent condition but to recognise its price point and position, a refresh of interior finishing would benefit, The staff are excellent, I interacted with housekeeping, reception, night porter and breakfast team, all are exceptionally friendly, the receptionist in particular was really very helpful and kind.
