"Where to begin... Pickup/dropoff was difficult because only short spans of street parking are available for unloading. Narrow elevators and corridors. The worst part was that I was told to park in a spot in the back of a parking garage a half block away (the bellhop guided me into that spot) only to find out two days later at check-out that I could not leave because the car was buried behind many other stacked cars. Eventually got it out. The hotel tried to blame me saying that they had left a note informing me that I could move my car, but I was out with family and did not see the note until the next day. The many stairs make wheelchair access a formidable challenge. They didn't even have ice machines on our floor. The rooms felt of Soviet-era Volgograd. It's really two buildings so to get things or go to spaces like the gym or restaurant you have to keep crossing back to the other. Elevators are slow and only on one end of the building. Many of the employees tried to be helpful, but this trip seemed doomed from the start. Far from the upscale experience it had been billed to be."

"Our room was on the 10th floor as requested (highest possible) and We paid extra for a city view . Were I come from that means it’s a view of the city … the hotels city view is actually just a street view …There is a fire station on one side (M street) of the hotel and if they are busy it will be loud. I also picked the hotel for the rooftop terrace as I am early riser thinking this would be a great place for morning coffee .The temperatures were mid 60 at night and up upper 80’s during the day . When I asked about using the terrace I was informed it had not opened for the season … I don’t know what season they were waiting for ! The restaurant was good but expensive and there is not much else in the area to eat that not expensive, Unless you’re a walker you will be taking transport to the Mall or other scenic areas, we used the city cabs finding them usually cheaper than Uber and usually easier to get .There is a Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s within a 10 min walk of the hotel. I did both the stores they are stocked well but slightly smaller than the free standing or ones found in the suburbs .The room was a standard King bed room it was clean and the bed was actually comfortable as were the pillows… or we might of been exhausted from the time out(lol) The staff were efficient and polite.FREE COFFEE IN THE MORNINGS. Don’t know if would stay again mainly because of limited reasonable priced food and transportation needed for us most of the time to get anywhere … "

"To whom it may concern, my room was not comfortable the air conditioning did not work. I went through the Club Quarters Hotel app to inform someone. I received a response from someone they would come and check it out. When I returned to my room, I saw that someone had been in there but it still was not cool. I reached out again they said they would find me another room. The day I checked out May 19th 2026, the receptionist tells me that they tried to call me to give me another room, I said well I was on business so I was not in the room. The receptionist said but we did try to reach you, I said well you had my phone number and you had the app and the way y'all reached out to me? Receptionist response was oh yeah I guess we did. Not very professional. For the price I paid, I did not receive the customer service that I felt was acceptable. Mr. Douglas"
