「Great location with a CVS and Walgreens right downstairs. Onsite pool, hot tub, and spray park were both great for kids. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional - it had Mickey Mouse Waffles with all the toppings you’d like, eggs, bacon, sausages, and even biscuits with gravy! Highly recommend for travelers with kids or toddlers! Walk to Disneyland gates is about 10 minutes one way. 」

「The included breakfast has many choices and is delicious. The hotel is very close to Disneyland, only a 7-minute drive. The only drawback was that no slippers, toothbrush or toothpaste were found in the room. I don’t know if I should ask the front desk to get it.」

「This is our second time staying here for our Disney trip. We did not have a vehicle so we didn’t have to worry about parking. It’s a 10 minute walk to the security checkpoint. The sidewalks are well lit and I felt self walking at night with my two boys. Breakfast and coffee bar downstairs are perfect for a quick grab and go before a long day at the park. The rooms are spacious, quiet and clean. Beds are super comfy. I am sure I will be staying here again. 」

「I couldn't believe that the billing system of a 5-star hotel could have such a low-level error. The hotel can enjoy meals for $30 per day after paying a $35 destination fee. I had breakfast around 10 on the check out day, which should have been included as free, but the hotel charged for the full amount. In my first call with them, I strongly stated that it was an error. 「Goods: The bed, pillow and the room is very comfortable. Near stores and restaurant within a walking distance. The pool, gym and laundry room are very convenient for those staying longer. Bads: The heat won't work until like 2-3 am in the morning, room heater system was broken, they had to give me a radiator. Shower also doesn't have heat in early morning (4-5am ish). We had jet lag so we found these during these time. However, overall its good place to stay in, heater problem can be fixed...
