「I couldn't believe that the billing system of a 5-star hotel could have such a low-level error. The hotel can enjoy meals for $30 per day after paying a $35 destination fee. 「We stayed for 5 days. We were in town on vacation to enjoy the beautiful beaches. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfortable and there is an outdoor shopping center within walking distance. There are plenty of food options avaliable. We really didn't use any of the facilities except the coffee shop. 「I liked the service and how convenient it was to go from place to place. The complimentary breakfast and the cleaning service were really nice, the hotel was close to attractions, and the decorations in the lobby were pretty. But the swimming pool had leaves in it and there aren’t any lifeguards there. I think that there could be a bit more safety around a few places, but other than that, it was overall a great experience!」
