「The Staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms are clean. It's close to Disney with a free and secured parking. Really enjoy the stay.」

「good breakfast」

「The location is convenient, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The facilities are a bit outdated, and the property would benefit from some renovations and updates.」

「The hotel is very close to the Disney Resort—about an 8-minute leisurely walk, or roughly 10 minutes including traffic lights. Because of the close distance, it saves a lot of money on Uber rides. Location is truly this hotel's biggest advantage. Then there's the daily breakfast. After filling tummy up, it keeps you full until around 2:00 PM, allowing you to have a late lunch or an early dinner in the Disney park while perfectly avoiding the peak dining hours. I highly recommend this...

「For this big and mostly fully occupied hotel, the laundry facility needs more machines. There’re only 2 washers and 3 dryers. We tried 5 times to finally got an empty machine to use. Other than that, everything is perfect especially for family Disney goers to stay here. Friendly atmosphere with the pool, jacuzzi, basketball and mini golf putting.」

「Staff were super helpful. Location v convenient and car rental right across the street. Their roof bar opens until 11:30pm and has view of Disney. We went back to hotel every night at 11:00pm and staff were still around to help us sort things out. Love this hotel.」

「OK」

「A/C is too noisy. The breakfast is awesome! 」

「The hotel is clean and comfortable with a convenient location, but rooms facing the main road can be noisy. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were very good, and the front desk staff were friendly. However, the housekeeping knocked on my door three times within two hours in the morning, which was a bit disturbing. Unfortunately, there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign available in the room — it would be great if the hotel could provide one.」
