"The pool was freezing so couldn’t even get in… no one could The snacks at happy hour were silly and bad (cheese was bad.. a few chips which ran out) I would expect more with the tips we gave. Unexpected $32 parking fee. Less than 24 hours handicap. Unbelievable "

"Staff wasnt friendly in the restraunt I had paid extra for breakfast and when I called do2nstairs to see what time breakfast was over they said 11, I got tonlobby at 10:20 and breakfast was all cleaned up and had to get from menu but was very limited and up charge. I requested towels took a whole hour to get towels and bathrooms are really outdated. Parking is $35 a night."

"We have stayed here before when it wqs Cambria Hotel. All looks the same other than the signs. Stayed with my family in 2 queen suites. The rooms were connected so we could open the connecting door and make it even bigger. Staff was great. Morning breakfast can get chaotic. They have Mickey waffles so that was a hit. Kids enjoyed the pool area and water slide. Some of the splash pad was not working. The dial on the hot tub was also broken (not sure if that was on purpose). They need vents in the showers to help remove steam. There was no switch for that so we just opened the door. Shower heads could be better or maybe better water pressure. My girls struggled getting their hair fully rinsed. Overall we had a great stay. "

"The room was supposed to be a deluxe room and it just overall felt dirty. The sheets had like an ink stain on it. The bathmat towel was also stained. "

"This is an older hotel. It is nice for its age. My only problem was my room smelled musty. I think it may have been the AC. If I stayed more than one night I would have asked to be moved to another room."

"I loved the location. Easy walk to Disneyland. A wide variety of food in walking area!! It was simple but clean and comfortable. I would stay again. "
