"We went there that night, and I was extremely dissatisfied as soon as I entered the room. I asked the hotel to change rooms, but they said they were full and couldn't change even if I was willing to pay extra. Although I was unhappy all night, it wasn't a big deal. But what happened next left me completely baffled. This hotel actually used handwritten check-in forms instead of a self-service computer system. More than ten days later, we were still receiving emails from the hotel urging us to pay for valet parking. But we hadn't used the service at all; we parked ourselves, paid for it ourselves when we left, and we have receipts. But they kept emailing us saying we hadn't paid. We had already sent them all the receipts, but they still kept pressing me for payment. This stay was a terrible experience."

"This was our family’s second time staying at this hotel near Disneyland, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. To be honest, I initially considered booking a different hotel this time—just to try something new. But after comparing several options, it became clear that no other place checked all the boxes quite like this one. From the genuinely warm service, delicious and satisfying breakfast, spotless rooms, convenient parking and transportation, to the unbeatable walking distance to Disneyland—not to mention the signature scent in the lobby that instantly puts you in vacation mode—everything was just perfect. One friendly heads-up: breakfast service wraps up very quickly! Be sure to head down early and make the most of it—those trays and tables get cleared in a flash! 😄 Our whole family felt right at home here, and we’ll absolutely be coming back for our next Disneyland adventure. Highly recommended!"
