「This hotel is so awful. Horrible conditions unsanitary. Pillow cases are not washed towels haven’t been replaced in years. I didn’t stay long cause the property manager said I needed to check out immediately after one night. It’s because I wrote an honest review to Expedia about the conditions and awful check in experience. I go to almost all of the hotels in about 5 major cities in the area. If something is awful you should be able to voice your opinion. Just so awful of an experience.」

「The hotel is clean and comfortable with a convenient location, but rooms facing the main road can be noisy. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were very good, and the front desk staff were friendly. However, the housekeeping knocked on my door three times within two hours in the morning, which was a bit disturbing. Unfortunately, there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign available in the room — it would be great if the hotel could provide one.」
