「Burn holes in the thin worn sheets/bed cover, hard bed, thin towels, smoke smell in a non-smoking room. Soap and amenities, thrown in a pile on the sink. Cold hard floor, no rug or anything to step out of the shower on. Manager rude and short tempered. Not at the window at check in or check out. Horrible place. Do not stay there, ever.」

「I had rented the room during the chemical leak that caused the city wide evacuation. Staff didnt let me know whatsover and i had to be evacuated by local authorities. Staff wouldnt pick up the phone nor help me with a refund during the evacuation. All this and the rooms were poorly kept.」

「I highly enjoyed my stay. As a female solo traveler this was ideal for a quaint and cozy stay. The aesthetics in the room and amenities made everything more delightful. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a lot of scenic views for those who enjoy nice long walks, and the air was nice and fresh by the beautiful ocean. I highly recommend.」

「I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. I could clearly hear the TV from the next room and footsteps in...
