The bed was so comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. The location was superb. From the map it looked like it was walkable to downtown Disney, but I didn't have to walk because they have a hotel shuttle that drops off and pick up at the bus entrance to Disneyland. Very efficient.

It's an older hotel and the rooms have that feel you know it needs to be updated but it's clean for what it can be. Paid extra for a garden view but window overlooked the pool which was not pretty but fun for my son to watch people I guess. Check in desk wasn't overly friendly, but staff in the restaurants, bar, and the princess were all really nice. Shuttle is a huge plus and parking lot is secure with some shade. Overall, would definitely recommend a stay for someone on a budget who still wants to stay somewhere a little more special. Gardens are well cared for, the fish and ducks added appeal, and my son loved the princess.

Clean room, but when I took my shoes off, my socks got soaking wet. Apparently they needed to clean the carpet but it washed dry when we checked in. The thermostat would not turn on, the air conditioning was running just enough to make it uncomfortable to sleep because it was to dry and chilly. The bathtub/shower faucet was very difficult to turn off. Also tub floor is very slippery I actually fell getting out. Thought I'd broken my leg thank God I didn't, but made it difficult to do 4 walking days at the parks. Amazing shuttle service! To be fair I didn't complain about the bad issues, mostly because we were gone from 7am to 1am. Despite the issues we would definitely stay there again!

Hotel overall is great. The staff is incredibly helpful and I even left an item in the Hotel and was able to retrieve it from Lost and Found 10 hours after checking out. The rooms not having microwaves would be my only beef.

Hot tub wasn’t working (no heat), on shuttle bus back from Disney family with stroller and two small kids were asked to deboard because there wasn’t available seating. Wristbands weren’t being checked and there was always complete chaos getting on the bus from Disneyland.

The tub was very old and had rust marks. I had to place a towel in it to shoer. There was a leak in the tub and water dripped all night. The carpet felt very dirty.

El hotel está muy bonito , muy conveniente para ir a Disneyland . El personal es muy agradable y servicial. Lo que no me gustó nada es que no hubiera agua embotellada. Subpar. I stayed here because of the reviews but its like a motel 6. Curtains dont fully close so it cat be dark. Tv is generic channels. Lots of holes and patches on walls, bathroom had rust.

Had to change rooms twice within an hour. A/C didn’t work, thermostat was set to 65 but wouldn’t get lower than 75 and hotel did nothing about it for 4 days, 2nd room sink just randomly started overflowing with no water running. We finally changed rooms at 11pm just to change again at 11:45pm that same night. Very little communication from their staff as all we kept getting told was we will have someone come look at it and the one maintenance man who actually did come verified no one came during the day. Loved sleeping in a 75 degree room in California when it was already warm outside.

It’s a great location, and it looks like the hotel used to be spectacular, but it needs some investment in infrastructure and staffing. Great things: almost all of the staff were attentive and kind, Hanagi is an outstanding Japanese restaurant with delicious food and great service, the bar serves tasty drinks, and checking in was quick and easy. Not so good: the food in the Garden Court was mediocre, edible but not very tasty, and it was severely understaffed. Sunday around 10:30 we tried to get breakfast, there only were 2 servers, no host or manager to greet us. We waited 10 minutes for one server to write our name on a waiting list, we seemed to be at the top of the queue but she said it would be 30-40 minutes. We noticed about a dozen occupied tables, and more than 30 dirty tables. They need to get more workers in the restaurant! Housekeeping is once every three days; the bathroom drains had a foul stench of sewage that filled the room a couple of days, which they corrected after we asked. The thermostat buttons didn’t work well, had to push 4-5 times to adjust it, the automated parking system failed to scan our ticket more than half the time, the landscaping hadn’t been refreshed for several weeks so it all looked a little sloppy, the WiFi was worthlessly bad, and outside of the lobby the garbage bins were often overflowing.

I called earlier in the morning to ask if I can receive an early check-in, they said just come to the counter. They would take my name. Check me in early and then notify me by email. When my room was ready. I checked in about 1:30 in the afternoon I waited until 6 o’clock in the evening because I had never heard from them by email or a phone call so I finally called them to let them know I hadn’t received anything and I asked was my room ready? I asked to speak with a manager because the person on the phone told me that I would need to come in person and wait in line and check in again to speak with someone. I told him I thought that that was not fair because I had already been there earlier and waited in line to get my room key and check in and they told me that they would contact me when my room was ready. I told him I shouldn’t have to wait in line again I would like to speak with someone. All I need is my room number. He said that he wasn’t able to do that so when I did show up to the hotel and I talked to somebody about how I never received an email or phone call and I waited close to four hours for someone to contact me. There was no apology or anything on the employees end. I was very upset because I had been waiting to get in my room so I can get ready for the evening.
