Very nice place to stay while staying close to Disneyland. The television was a bit beat up and dated, but the hotel TV was not why I liked my stay here.

Lets begin with the check in portion …as i walk in to the hotel lobby i was greeted by a receptionist, proceeded to check in handed her my ID and Credit card ,glanced at my ID … literally threw my id on the counter also threw my debit card… then proceeded to gossip and talk about an older guest having trouble checking in(very unprofessional on her part) , as an employee i think those comments should be kept in private , also she was talking about a guest from the previous night complaining about mosquitoes… i just drove across the state i dont need to know about other people!!…. She then gave me the map of the property gave me directions to the wrong room , i came back and asked her how to get to my room she said “oh im new here try going this other way”… i did tell her to ask one of her other coworkers for help because she just sent me on a walk around the whole property… she re routed me to her co worker (bigger hispanic gentleman) whick gave me a dirty look every time my wofe and i passed thru the front desk … i don’t know what was in the water this time but my experience was not the best … we visit Disneyland 3-4 times a year and use this hotel often and had never had issues like i did this time !!… also one of my room keys didn’t work when trying to use …. These employees at the front desk really lack customer service.. maybe some customer service skill training would come in handy…. Shout out to the housekeeping crew and shuttle drivers THESE PEOPLE get it done !…

The place needs renovation, towels were completely worn down and dirty. Couches in the rooms looked like they were brought in from the street and the food there was terrible.

We usually stay here every time we visit Anaheim, but this may be it for us. We were in the Garden Tower, not sure if the building itself is out dated or if you purchase a "more affordable" room you go there? We had a used toilet paper roll with no extra toilet paper, there is no A/C, its only the fan setting, which is not ok cuz the room fluctuated between 77 and 80, and thankfully it wasn't super out but still. Not ok if you have kids staying in the room. Like i said Ive been staying here for years, the staff in the front seem very unhappy now. The restaurant staff, and shuttle drivers were very pleasant, helpful and always greeting everyone. Oh, and let me get started on the $200 hold everytime you stay. WHY? Why is this a thing? The last few times Ive stayed ive chatted with others in the shuttle, they've expressed their frustrations with the card hold too, without me even saying it. So idk ...

Always an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel with clean and stunning views! Friendly staff and if on a rare occasion there is a out of their control mishap, they do everything IMMEDIATELY to make it better! They are super clean and by far they have the most incredible amenities as well. We also love that some of their staff remembers us as well. Makes it feel like visiting old friends! Highly recommended this hotel, especially if you're visiting Disneyland. We won't stay anywhere else!

Extremely convenient free shuttle to and from the Disney parks. Staff is kind and informative, some of them are Spanish-speaking as well! They gave us fresh towels when we requested it (since they only serviced our room once during our 5 night stay). Our room smelled bad the entire stay which was made worse when the AC was on. There was black stuff in and around the shower which took ~10 minutes to heat up. Bed was hard, but sheets were clean. And the walls are thin. It looks like they do housekeeping between guests very quickly and aren't thorough. If you're looking for something affordable after spending so much money on theme park tickets and don't mind your stay being outdated and not very clean, it's a super safe area to sleep at night and the lobby is decorated with cute royal vibes. You're absolutely paying mostly for the location to Disney. We won't stay there again, but the people we traveled with said they would so it just depends on your preference.

Outside esthetics is nice esp the fountain area. The princess walking around is the best attraction for our granddaughters. Some of the hallway ceilings were slightly opened or warped. Our room toilet got clogged up even only flushed are toilet paper. The room ceiling is still the popcorn ceiling which is most likely with asbestos which is unhealthy or can be toxic. Receptionist Christopher was very accommodating and warm in welcoming us at check in and same at check out. Our 1st breakfast experience at the restaurant was great so we went back the following morning, unfortunately it was very disappointing the following day, Sunday. The parking fee of $25 per night + 17.24% tax fee is ridiculous. It should have been included to the daily rate of the room instead of a surprise addition to learn about at check in!

We had a fantastic stay at the Majestic! We went to visit Disneyland and the shuttle made getting to the park super convenient! The rooms were clean, staff was friendly. This will be our go-to place when visiting Disney from now on.

I really enjoyed the entry to the hotel, but after passing the lobby you can tell the hotel could use a much needed update for the rooms, beds were out dated could be changed out and the TV was really small, but overall I had a nice stay. I was not a fan of the price for what we got.
