"Check-in staff was excellent and very attentive. Provided review of all amenities throughout the property. Cleaning staff was prompt and patient as we weren’t ready to leave when they first came. I believe we had breakfast included with our reservation however, we were not offered it and weren’t able to take advantage of that. Unfortunately, check-out desk agent was blunt and rude barely answering questions. While we were waiting for our car we heard someone else making the same comment and we concluded we were not the only ones feeling"

"This is my favorite hotel to stay at when visiting Disneyland. It is within walking distance which makes it ideal after walking around Disneyland all day. The room can be updated, but it is great for sleeping and showering. The hotel has many amenities to sit and relax."

"Very convenient location, accommodating staff and comfortable rooms. We were with a large party and noticed some rooms were more modernized than ours along with some of the functionality of the rooms (plug to the light kept coming loose and required adjusting)."

"staff were absolutely lovely, my space was nice and clean and we had 0 issues during our stay. the elevator for our room building however (Building #1) had an expired inspection certificate, by about 7 years. (expired 2019) besides that, absolutely no problems and i would love to come back"
