"The bathroom sink was clogged the entire time we stayed at property, even though we brought it to the staff’s attention multiple times. The lights flickered in the room the night we arrived but when we let the staff know they handled it quickly. Overall they need to update the rooms. "

"We had stay at this property last year and loved it, so we decieded to stay again this year. This year was definitely different. The first night, the low battery alarm went of at 5am. I had to call for the AC not waorking a coupel of times. The wifi was not working at all. And one morning when we were going to sleep in a bit, housekeeping came knocking and opened the door while were we sleeping. Mind you the "do not disturb " was on the door. I texted the facilty and never heard anything back. We were definitely disappointed beause we had such a great experience last year. I will not be staying there again."

"Everything was fantastic. The room was extremely clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative thing was that the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors easily, which wasnt a big deal just something I had noticed "

"The resort was nice and I would stay again. My only concern was that there was only one ice machine on the property and it was a bit pricey to park per day. Other than that it was wonderful. Very clean and the staff was approachable and friendly. "

"Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Nice pool area. Lovely staff. Only issue was the noise from outside at night and early morning. Sound proof sliding doors would help. "
