"The website is very misleading. It shows the building only and not the “motel” like rooms. They gave me a room that was far away from the main lobby giving it a sense of insecurity. The room was decent but not what I expected from a Hilton property. They charge a $40.00 daily parking fee which after looking around I couldn’t find anywhere in the website being mentioned. It only reads “self parking available”. Very costly.A very minor detail but I wasn't even offered the typical cookie (I know, something petty), but attention to detail is what Ive always like about these kinds of properties. I would not be staying there in a future and wont be recommending."

"Very nice hotel that was probably the nicest one I ever stayed at. I went down for my birthday and they had bars, food places, and a stores at the hotel itself. My room had a private hot tub which I greatly loved. My only complaint is that the state had an almost record low so the hot water was struggling a little bit. However as soon as I told them, they went straight to trying to fix it."

"The hotel itself was nice. The room was clean. The bed was a bit hard for me, but I had my travel foam pad with me. The breakfast had a decent selection overall, but the warm options were limited. Plain fake eggs & country potatoes every day. No meat options. One day the oatmeal was watery."

"Our family stayed here during the weekend of Mother's Day we actually got three rooms two Suites and a regular room and all I can say is our experience was beyond excellent the staff is amazing they were super patient in accommodating our big group there is always somebody there to help the layout of the rooms is excellent for big families where you're staying together but not really because of the separate rooms we really really love that. I recommend this hotel to families because it's very worth it let's not even talk about the breakfast. The buffet was complete and our kids were very happy with the Mickey Mouse waffle maker!!"

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel stay was extremely disappointing. The room had a strong moldy smell the entire time, like damp carpet and mildew. It was bad enough that it made it hard to relax or even sleep comfortably. What made the experience worse was the staff’s response. I brought the issue to their attention, and it felt like they completely brushed it off instead of trying to fix the problem or offer another room. There was very little concern shown for guest comfort or health. In top of all there were roaches too. I expected a clean, fresh room and at least basic customer service. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to others."
