"Room was nice and clean but the microwave door handle broke on the bottom with our first use. Not sure if it was old or weakened by a prior guest. The flooring could be redone as there were some lifted spots. For the money though, it satisfied our needs. "

"Had to check out and check in somewhere else because there was lights blinking on and off and overall not very friendly for our kids. No help to bring luggage, and you have to pay for parking even though guest attending same event who aren’t staying don’t have to pay"

"Regarding our room, all the areas were excellent except for the bathroom. We were given towels that had makeup on it and a bathroom floor that wasn’t fully swept. Regarding the property, it was nice. The only downfall were the ducks. Between guests feeding them and them casually walking the areas to be near food, it was no surprise to see them immediately jump into the pool out of fear and subsequently passing feces in the water. I believe the property needs to have STRICT policies on not feeding wildlife and handing out severe consequences for parties continuing this type of behavior in spite of warnings. Trying to enjoy a nice swim becomes troublesome because you don’t know if you’re going to accidentally swallow duck feces. This should be an absolute NO-NO. "

"Found roaches & even dead cockroache. Floor were disgusting—they had to come clean them. Toilet clogged. Pillows had stains had to ask for more. Very disappointed & disgusting "

"Breakfast was hot. The coffee was fresh. Front staff was friendly andh helpful, especially Jaz. Parking is terrible at night. The room was clean, my kids enjoyed the bunk beds."
