「A/c didn’t work. Had to get ready in the car. Put me in non-smoking room when I requested a smoking room and then wouldn’t change once I put my stuff inside. I did not use one thing I literally opened the door put my stuff on the bed seen it was not a smoking room and went and talked to the woman she would not change rooms was not happy with experience at all.」

「Shower wall was about coming off a not the nicest hotel definitely was different from the pictures I couldn’t get a hold of anybody to ask about questions I had as well also my towels had holes in them so just not really well upkept at all」

「Fairly dirty with hair and dirt on the floors」

「這家的早餐讓我很喜歡，除了樣式多樣，外，這餐廳的員工工作非常的盡職，隨時可以補充餐點且擦拭桌面和檯面，讓用餐者感到她的用心。」

「Everything was clean」

「This property should not be rated so high.walls were filthy, shower was jacked up, the A/C smelled like mold.」

「There was a abandoned car that was parked in a way the curb was sticking out. My wife tripped and fell. The fall injured both knees. I put a cone that was under the stairs over curb. Office was notified.」

「All the towel I got were stained and dirty I didn’t use any of them I didn’t feel comfortable using them. The pillows looked very very used and dingy and I also did not use them and the bed had cigarette burns on the comforter I had to buy new sheets just to put over it to feel safe to sleep. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far and I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone including my worst enemy. Save your money.」

「I reserved two rooms from Yuba City inn and they were unavailable when I got there. The staff stated they don’t sell rooms online on Expedia. 」
