I checked in at 11pm. the towels had stains on them and the sheets were stained with black dots, we only ended up staying 2 hours. at 230am my boy friend woke up to bites on his body. we looked thru the bed and there were bed bugs in the pillow cases. we scooped them in a cup and put them on the night stand so that the office management could see it. I was able to get a refund and we left. office clerk didn't seem surprised and didn't come to the room to confirm what we had found. very disappointing.

A/c didn’t work. Had to get ready in the car. Put me in non-smoking room when I requested a smoking room and then wouldn’t change once I put my stuff inside. I did not use one thing I literally opened the door put my stuff on the bed seen it was not a smoking room and went and talked to the woman she would not change rooms was not happy with experience at all.
