「There are some noisy on second floor at almost at 9 in the morning」

「All resort staff are excellent, including restaurant!」

「The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.」

「I enjoyed having a room with kitchen, table and balcony so I could enjoy breakfast and dinner. The large refrigerator was a bonus. Staff were helpful by carrying my liggage to second floor. Swimming pool was perfect for a morning swim. Safe area to walk. Close to the Melting Point where we took a class. We would definitely return!」
