「The staff were very helpful and kind. The TVs in our room did not work and they offered to move us right away. The property needs serious attention!! mold on wall in entrance to pool, wallpaper peeling off the wall around entrance to the pool. Rooms and bathrooms were not well cleaned. We pulled the dresser out a little bit to see if TV was plugged in and there was a ton of debris on the floor behind the dresser. There were brown stains on couch pillows and curtains which looked like...

「Very dirty」

「晚上才入住酒店，沒有水提供，要換衣服去大堂購買，真的有點感覺服務太差了」

「Staff was exceptional. Great value.」

「Clean, good breakfast」

「Great Stay」

「原本的房型臨時被告知無法使用，房型被降級卻不主動提，反而說謊說是升級。沙發，床，窗戶，窗簾等又髒又臭又舊，按摩浴缸的水根本無法產生動力。」

「TV is awful... channels just buffer and it's impossible to find a channel you are looking for since theres no guide or channel listing. Wifi is 5/10 at best, slow and laggy. Takes 15+ minutes for the water to get warm...warm not hot, hots another 5 minutes. I was on 4th floor, mustve had to come from the basement or across the street. Room was very clean and tidy 5⭐️. Staff super helpful and kind. Parking 3/10, there's an attached parking garage, be prepared for a tight squeeze. Hotel is super...

「King suite cabin was very spacious」

「The room is great!」

「We have stayed here before. Unsure why it would be called luxury. We do like coming. Breakfast is nice, not $60 though. The first course of breakfast is usually dry, left out too long and should not be included at all. Our tubs drain was unattached, and the sinks had no stoppers at all. A concern for my diamond ring. The property also canceled our dinner reservation3 days previous. Many light bulbs were out in our room. The vents and shower were in need of spring cleaning.」

「We had an excellent stay here. The building itself is charming due to its historical nature. Our room was a junior suite with an entry foyer, sitting area with a large sofa and extra oversized chairs, side tables with large lamps, coffee table, secretary with large executive chair; king bed with large dresser, bedside tables; oversized bathroom with 2 separate vanity basins, oversized shower. Elegant carpeting; very quiet; windows overlooking outdoor patio and event space. We dined in the...

「Apart from its own bar, it is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and it takes a long time to find a restaurant nearby.」
