「The hotel is older, so furniture needs to be upgraded, especially chairs and sofa beds. The first room was so bad we moved the next day to a much better room. The hotel was very clean even with its age. The staff was super friendly and Karen at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. Breakfast was okay but the warming solution used didn’t keep the food hot enough. We would stay there again.」

「Apart from its own bar, it is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and it takes a long time to find a restaurant nearby.」

「When I arrived at the property, I was told that my room was not available. I had booked a queen suite 10 months prior to the stay. I asked for a partial refund, and the manager refused. They wanted to give me two rooms instead of a suite. I was traveling with my son and didn’t want him staying alone. I was given the excuse of being overbooked and then another excuse that there was water damage to the room. When I arrived, there was not a manger on site.」

「Sheets were not cleaned. No toilet tissue at all !!! No coffee. Not as advertised at all. Lots of broken things inside. 」

「The rural setting was perfect yet still close to the town of Dublin. We loved our stay and will be staying here again. The breakfast was amazing.」
