「Absolutely horrible experience! Booked (2) rooms month or so ago prior to needing it only to get to property to be told I was “relocated” to a different hotel with no knowledge of where we were to stay. Had no option but to pay almost double what I was originally to pay at a different hotel, and we all had to cram into one room. 0/10 star for this horrible experience!」

「During my stay, I found a bug crawling in the lobby right outside my room. While the room itself was acceptable, seeing insects in the common areas was concerning and gave a poor impression of the property’s cleanliness. I hope management addresses this issue to provide a better experience for guests.」
