「This place is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and make sure you feel welcomed at all times of the day. From the moment you enter the gate until the second you leave, you feel well taken care of. Also there are many amenities available. We enjoyed kayaking and hanging out on the beach and by the pool. There are many activities at the beach included in your room purchase that make it very worth it. We were happy not leaving the resort much at all.」

「This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in, very out dated, one microwave on the 2nd floor, bathtub needs to be replaced, staff dont know how to be professional and greet visitors and rooms are very small.」

「After flying for hours and taking a taxi to the resort, we were told by the front desk staff that we were scheduled to arrive the next day. I showed the itinerary and was then told they’d been trying to reach me but didn’t have my number. I found 1 message, which had been sent while we were on the plane. I asked for a manager, it took about 15 minutes for her to show up. After arguing about when I was supposed to arrive, she finally told me she doesn’t have my room because the air conditioning...

「AVOID!!!! When we showed up here we were informed they were sold out of all of the king rooms that we booked. Therefore they could not honor it. This was after a day of delayed flights and rough travel. The girl at the desk was basically zero help and not friendly at all. She told us the best they could do was put us in a room with two full beds. She offered to wave the $25 a day fee in order to make up for it…. After standing outside in the humidity on the phone for over an hour, thankfully...
