「I’ve stayed here a few times. They have recently had the rooms refurbished. Staff were polite and friendly.」

「The accommodation we had was a triple room with 3 single beds. It was a reasonable size and had a fridge and a kettle with tea and coffee provided. The beds were comfortable and the linen and towels provided were very clean. The staff were polite and friendly and when any request was made they acted immediately or as soon as they could. The parking was free although the area was small and would hold probably 4 cars. Kathleen House was approximately 10 minutes walk from Enfield Town Station where...

「The rooms were truly remarkable, offering ample space and pristine cleanliness. However, what truly left a lasting impression was the generous assortment and diversity of products provided. The selection included tea, water, snacks, cereal, and even shower gel. Despite having experienced seven-star accommodations, I have never encountered such a welcoming package.」

「登記入住時前台的女員工態度傲慢，很像不歡迎我們一樣。房間裏床單有黑色的污漬，牆上佈滿蜘蛛網，椅子夾縫還有些爆米花碎。這個集團其他酒店我也住過，但這一間是最差的，我明白一間有些歷史的洒店當然會殘舊一點，但也要保持乾淨呀!還有停車位不夠，晚點回去已沒有位置可停車，你只能泊在外面住宅區的路邊。」
