「We would stay again. Everything was great. The pool experience was a little rough because I large group was in there screaming and jumping in the pool but not hotel fault. Food for breakfast was great. A little tricky with the parking but not bad. Rooms were perfect. My favorite was the balcony and being able to walk out onto the beach. Close to Everything. Was the best vacation ever.」

「The location of the room was not good. It was above the garage exit. The second floor looked unsafe. The balcony door could not be closed and was broken.」

「I took my dog to the beach and stayed at this hotel. I would highly recommend dog owner to consider Hyatt for a stay by the beach. The staff here is very dog friendly. 」

「My wife and I stayed at the Sandcastle last September and everything went well At our recent stay in May,the first morning I tried to make coffee but the coffee maker was broken Because it was early no staff was able to get us a new one until housekeeping came in They did bring us a new one as soon as someone got in but to late to have coffee before we went to breakfast The room is dated and the balcony overlooking the beach was very dirty The worst part of our stay was that 2 mornings our room...

「The staff was great very friendly, nice place to stay. Only issue I had was the bathroom shower the faucet was broken, and the room was very dusty. Housekeeping needs to do a better job with the cleaning. The bathroom lights and sink area were full of a thick amount of dust. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.」

「This was great stay. Staff was friendly. Rooms were great. It had that great hilton feel that you expect. Very upscale. We will definitely be back. One of the best hilton hotels i ever stayed at.」
