「Fabulous room in the heart of Verona, you really can’t get a better location. The room we had was amazing, fitted out to a high specification with everything you need. Alessia on reception was very friendly and helpful and gave loads of tips on things to do and places to go. The bed was the best we slept on in Italy so far. Highly recommend this place and you won’t be disappointed. Verona is awesome and the best stop so far on our Italy adventure. 」

「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「The hotel is close to the Mestre station, about a 5-10 min walk. There is a side entrance to platform 1 directly, you don’t need to go through the main entrance of the station, which is a bit further away. There are a few hotels and restaurants nearby. Feel safe in the area at night. The staff were super friendly, and we felt welcomed. We were having a birthday trip in Italy. 「The apartment was very cozy and beautifully decorated waking up to a view of the canal was magical. It had all the comforts of home. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. Renee was so lovely and such a big help with finding places to eat and visit. We wish we could have stayed longer, and look forward to our next visit! 」

The hosts, Luisa and Elisa were amazing and had amazing communication pre-arrival and during our stay. We would definitely stay again.」
