「The location of this apartment is excellent - just steps from the Verona Arena. The building has an elevator, the check‑in instructions were clear, and communication through WhatsApp was responsive. The kitchen area was also well equipped. However, I’m writing this review so future guests don’t experience what we did. We booked a two‑bedroom apartment months in advance. Nothing indicated otherwise before arrival. It wasn’t until we opened the door to the unit (on the top floor) that we realized...

「Appartement bien situé et pratique」

「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Loved the proximity to the Arena and the other sights of Verona. Very cool decor and extremely well presented room with excellent air conditioning. Generous complimentary drinks in the mini-bar. Only downside was that the balcony was too small to be able to sit out on.」

「The shower water is horrible. If next room use the hot water , then you need to wait them to finish to get hot water. The swimming is so small compared with the Hu fabulous village . And no cleaning stuff as well. Not worth this price. 」

「Lilia was a most welcoming hostess. The facilities are almost new since the hotel was only opened in Feb of this year. The location is very central and across the street from Juliet’s House. Would highly recommend this property.」
