「This is a brand new property and it is first class all around. The restaurant has wonderful food that is field to table. There is a shuttle available to take guests into town and bring them back. We would definitely go back again.」

「I did not like the fact that we were limited to 1/2 of glass inexpensive champagne when we arrived, considering the price of the room. Poor hospitality.」

「Upon approaching the lodge, we were appalled at the condition of the building. It was run down and the landscaping needed attention. We were also very surprised to read a note on the outside of room saying that all Finger Lakes Lodging guests must register at the Mirbeau Inn & Spa down the road. We did as the note requested and went down to the spa. I wasn't very far away. Upon approaching the front desk I was asked how I was today. I said very disappointed in the condition of the building...
