"Property was high scale with character. The printer in the guest area was inoperative and gentleman at front desk was non apologetic and was abrupt saying “it’s broken!” No help at all like “I am sorry, maybe I can print you boarding pass on the front desk printer” Also property is advertised as having parking but only has 5 spots on first come first served. The staff did not offer options where else we could park. We had to figure out street parking rules on our own and park in a sketchy part of the Bronx."

"Pros: Clean, good price right outside NYC- Great quick one night stay on long road trip Parking free and easy Take out delivery pizza - perfect for our situation Cons: Internet access was poor Breakfast - minimal choices tho expectations were already low"

"The entire hotel reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. We had a non-smoking room, but the smoke seeped through every crack around the door. There was a boisterous party in an adjacent room that kept us awake well past 1 AM in spite of contacting the front desk more than once. The mattress was very thin and hard and there were cigarette burns all over the bathroom counter. The property is pretty nice since it's new, but it'll be rundown in no time. Do yourself a favor and stay someplace else."
