「The 2-bed room is next to a busy road. Very noisy! But the bed is good」

Good location and close to many restaurants and shopping. Quiet hotel to stay at. Rosa is a great manager and has staff that's been with her for years.」

「There were homeless people in the lobby during breakfast getting food, and several guests walking around at the dining area without shoes on during breakfast. 」

「It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.」
