「The interior is too dark, the ambience is creepy, the carpet has an unpleasant smell. The room looks old and very dark, the air con was loud with a slight unpleasant smell. The wardrobe knob was loose and fell down as soon as we tried to open the wardrobe door. The worst of all, they were cockroaches in the toilet. Definitely NOT what I expected with the price I paid in Bangkok.」
