"The room was clean enough and didn't have any major problems. There was good water pressure in the shower. Okay for a lower budget option or when most other places are booked. "

The drive way to the parking space in the basement is very narrow and challenging, but they have parking space outside the building. The breakfast is quite boring, and their coffee is a nightmare. "

"Overall it was a pleasant experience, with clean rooms, good breakfast, and very friendly staff. However, too many services were missing, which are not ok for such a high tier hotel. Here below is the list for future customers' convenience:
1) Swimming pool not in function (only available on Fri and Sat)
2) Gym functioning only after 2pm
3) No room service at night time
4) Night bar closing early (22:00)"

"I was skeptical of this hotel at the beginning due to its low price, but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel itself is dated but the room itself was simple and clean. We booked the 3 large bed (6 people room) room type and received a room on the 12F, 1206. It’s a corner room with one side having ocean view while another facing the mountains. Was able to catch the sunrise without leaving the room!
We went during the COVID-19 pandemic so some of the services were simplified. For breakfast, it was a meal box and a soy milk drink. They eliminated the midnight snack that others have mentioned in reviews.
The hotel offer free bike rental which we used to explore the area. The bikes are rather old and not well maintained.
The hotel offers free limited parking. There is paid parking just right around the corner that we utilized overnight.
This is a good hotel for budget travelers and for large families who don’t mind simple hotel rooms. "
