Location is near to where we wanted to go (eg Mr Brown boulevard). Also, it is a good place for cycling.

入住時老闆有提供自製下午茶（米蛋糕、桑葉茶⋯等），一樓是老闆店面有販賣商品。周邊是民宅不是很好停車，房況可接受、入住兩間有一間冷氣不太涼（房內備有電扇）。有提供腳踏車可以騎到伯朗大道，早上的天氣微涼騎車還不錯。

出入密碼鎖，很方便。基本上路邊很多地方都可以停車。因應疫情，自設的冰飲店尚無營業。

池上秋日假期

家庭房寬敞舒適，非常喜歡加價購的早餐，自家烘的桑葉茶和米蛋糕，池上米煮成的粥，在地金針乾以及枸杞葉（食材當然會依節令變化），非常滿足的一餐。早餐後騎著民宿免費提供的腳踏車逛逛秋天金黃色的稻田，最美好的假期。

很溫馨的住宿環境與房間，在此處算是很清幽的地方，很喜歡這樣的氛圍。 提供的是壁掛式的吹風機，真的不適合中長髮以上的女性使用。

房間空間大，寵物友善

四人房房間很大，還有一張很大的沙發多睡一個人也沒問題，寵物友善又有腳踏車免費租借很不錯。 但是房間天花板有發霉的痕跡(裝潢的木板天花板)，簡易重新粉刷，廁所有怪味，不過門關起來就還好，另外洗手槽水龍頭，常常沒有冷水，早上洗臉很不方便。 其它部份都算感覺整齊，建議公共區域提供微波爐，因為沒有提供早餐，如果有微波爐會方便一點。
