「The hotel location is very good. The room is clean and cozy. Staffs are helpful and friendly.」

「Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time.」

「The room has NO Air Conditioning, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay in. And I even stayed for four nights! Totally regretting this. In addition, the room cleaners constantly forget to refill things like towels and tissue paper, which we always have to call the reception to get it back. 「Mountain views excellent with huge Double Balcony, so enjoy stay there with fun in Kids snow garden...」

「The staffs are super friendly. I do like their gym, super new and clean. But I have to say the room hygiene was terrible. there was used toilet paper left in the toilet; the towel was moldy. It was so disgusting that I couldn’t use any of them.」

「Very good location and nice hotle 」

「The room temperature was a bit warm through out the night despite the AC has been turned on to high speed.」
