Breakfast buffet is solid, especially once you figure out you can ask for scrambled eggs. It is very convenient to several different public transportation options and a quick walk to a major mall with a huge grocery store. A quiet neighborhood but easy to get to the downtown area for food and sightseeing.

I really love THE FLAG hotel Zürich. It’s an amazing place to stay whenever I’m back in Switzerland. I will definitely be staying back there again. The staff is very helpful. The homes are nice and clean and everything is with them walking distance. The tram is two minute walk away I mean, you can’t beat it. It’s the best😀

The reception team was absolutely excellent – very competent, solution-oriented, friendly, and always helpful. We really appreciated their professionalism and kindness throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the mattresses were extremely hard, and even with the additional blankets provided as toppers, it didn’t improve much. After four nights, we sadly had to leave with back pain.

Location was very convenient. The ice cream in the afternoons was a very welcome treat. The only negative was the smell of marijuana that we would get because we needed to leave our windows open to keep the room cooler.

No frills great hotel in Zurich

This hotel was great. It was quite basic and no-frills but we really enjoyed it. The service was excellent, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was great and it was located really conveniently for multiple types of transport.
