Our own fault - we should have read the instructions earlier and checked-in to get the code. "Location was good, right by a bus stop and a 10 minute walk up and down to Franklin University. One staff member who was a male at front desk was very friendly everyone else was fair. They advertise self service laundry but it is not available which was very disappointing as that is one feature of why I choose this hotel. Breakfast was ok, it entailed scrambled or boiled eggs, breads, yogurt, and some fruit and cereals. Loved the fresh OJ. Facilities inside are warm with no A/C expect in your room.
