Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. 「We had a great stay at Hotel Firenze Lugano! The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming, which set a really nice tone for our visit. The location was perfect for us — we walked the Olive Trail to Gandria right from the hotel, and it was a beautiful and manageable distance.
We also ate at the onsite restaurant and really enjoyed it — the food was lovely and the atmosphere was relaxed. While there’s no dedicated parking, we were able to find parking nearby without too much trouble.

「It’s a superb experience to stay in this hotel. My wife and I enjoy the breakfast a lot. Every day when we go back to the hotel, we have a nice shower and good rest. One minor insufficiency is that they don’t provide an electric kettle which we can have a cup tea or hot water. We surely need that in winter time.」
