「飯店剛換老闆，情況很差很混亂，完全沒有條理，下午2點要check-in,竟然要求延後到5點check-in，房間內有咖啡機卻沒有咖啡包，也沒有訂單上承諾的free bottle water，房間內三個燈泡壞了二個，浴室內二個燈泡壞了一個，光線昏暗，飯店鄰近火車站，方便提行李入住，卻也從早上6：30開始有火車噪音定時騷擾，無法入眠」
