「The hotel was beautiful. The location was great, right by a bus stop that took you easily into Lucerne and runs frequently. The breakfast was great- combination of European and American. Beautiful view of Lake Lucerne and the mountains. Cons: our room was hot, the ac system did little to cool the room, we had to sleep with the windows open and the hotel provided a fan on request. It might be better to have a room facing the lake in a lower level if this is an hard stop for you. Also, the shower...
