"Solid 5/5 experience. We arrived by a car and were greeted with a genuine warm welcome by the staff. The infinity pool, outdoor dining, room service, near by hiking trails, comfy bed, waking up to bird singing and cows walking bells, and delicious breakfast! "We had a spacious two king beds in a clean,
modern room, ample for four people. The location was perfect, minutes walk to the pier and train station. The staff was amazing and welcoming. Everything about this hotel was excellent and I would highly recommend it for a trip to Lucerne."
