「The room is spacious but a bit old and not very clean, hair found in bathroom, floor and pillow. Not enough sockets and lighting. Receptionists are nice and allow early check-in. However the hair and body wash provided by the hotel were all leaked out from the bottle, making us did not have enough to use. 「I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Europe in Lucerne (May 29-June 1, 2026) . The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and my room offered a beautiful view that made it a pleasure to return after a day of walking the Old Towne (about 15 minute walk from hotel).
