"The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It is a very basic room, which we knew going in. The only thing that was not so great was the door that opened to the toilet had no frame and/or fan so any odors filled the entire room (more information than you were hoping for but needs considering)."

"The front-desk staff was friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved the patio with the beautiful view of the Lucerne rooftops. The only things we would have loved to have had in the room would have been a small refrigerator and access to ice (for drinks on a hot day). A great option for Lucerne. Another great think to know about IBIS Styles is that it's in a very convenient location to all the "action", yet sits on a quiet street. Great area for walking and exploring."

"The staff were friendly and attentive at all times. The rooms were spotless and the beds and bedding clean and comfy. The breakfast was excellent, as was the evening meal. The hotel is beautiful and quirky and ideally placed near the bus stops and train station. This is a great place to stay if you're planning a visit to Lucerne."
