Hotel Des Alpes is the place to be in Luzern from the moment i arrived until i left. Everyone was nice and friendly, helpful and tryly made my stay unforgettable. The room i stayed in has a direct view of the Chapel.Bridge, its centrally located and close to everything. The restaurant on the first floor is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this storybook town!

We loved our stay at Hotel des Alpes! The location is unbeatable, right on the water and just steps away from everything we wanted to see in Lucerne. Our room was comfortable and had plenty of space, plus a balcony with such a pretty view of the city. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, which really made our stay feel special. We loved this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was large and the bed was wonderful. This hotel is right next to Chapel Bridge. It has a very nice restaurant. Walking distance to old town and boats for trip around the lake. We would stay here again. Enjoy!
