"We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast options were wonderful to start the day with. The location and shuttle to and from the train station for arrival/departure is very convenient. The views, the bar, the onsite restaurant. All wonderful. Would easily come back here."

"A cute and comfortable hotel near train station. Great location (5 mins walk to train station). Good breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful. We are family of three and really enjoyed our stay there. We will definitely stay here again if we come back."

"Great Eiger and glacier view from balcony. Two bathrooms was great for kids. Views from the restaurant terrace was amazing. Hotel shuttle from train station was very helpful because it’s on the other side of town."

"The location was superb as it was literally a minute walk from the Grindewald station, and it's on the quieter side of the town. Staff were excellent, professional, helpful with advice. The breakfast was superb with a great variety and plenty of comfortable seating. The main issue was the hair found on blankets and in bathtub (photos taken, clearly not mine as I found them on arrival), there was also a red stain on one of the face washers/towels. The hotel was otherwise excellent with its staff, amenities, location."
