「Excellent base for exploring Jungfrau region. Hotel was very comfortable, the room was much more stylish than we’d expected from the pictures and we loved the view of the mountains from the room. The only disappointment was only one of the restaurants was open despite the website saying both would be open all year round. As we’d specifically chosen the hotel for its restaurant options (particularly as we’re both vegan) this did impact our stay. Luckily we found a few other good options in Wengen...

「一切都很好，房間很大，只是check-in時候沒有人，好彩有電話能致電，如果預先通知會更好，非常鄰近火車站，很方便！」

「整體好好！但是check in和check out 要到距離一個火車站到office ,實在不方便！這要改善」

「New apartment very convenient for Interlaken West trains and buses.Check-in was at a different location but we were driven to the unit. We did have an issue with the tumble drier which was dealt with promptly .At the same time I asked for more trash bags which also appeared. The apartment was very clean with good appliances and a decent hair drier The COOP downstairs sold an adequate selection of food and drink at prices comparable to Migros, but without the walk.
