Hotel rooms smell old and are a bit noisy, with shower being quit small. Room windows are double glazed, but you’ll still hear traffic noise from the street nearby. Other than that, I appreciated their free parking (might be full if you arrive late night, though we did not have issues), and also free bottles of water, coffee and ice creams. Overall, it’s worth the price for short stays.

Road is very busy, so road noise. People smoke right outside entrance. Curtains don’t block light, so room was light all night. WiFi kept dropping speed. Despite these negatives, we enjoyed our visit. Staff were professional and friendly. With the kitchenette we prepared our own meals. 15 walk to train station. A nice riverside walk only 5 minutes from the hotel, and Migros the same distance.

Einfach eine Frechheit Bereits wochen vorher bekommt mann Mails mann soll einchecken dabei wird sofort die Stadtgebühr eingefordert obwohl zu zahlen in der Unterkunft!!!! Dann kommt mann im Hotel an, kein deutscher Ansprechpartner mann wird ins Zimmern reingelassen ohne die Zimmerkarte zu erhalten, dann muss die Karte abholen und hinterher laufen. Dieses hat mir 2 Stunden fahrerei gekostet. Zimmer sind abgenutzt, Fernseher defekt, zum Frühstück gibt's kalte Eier ( am besten aus dem Kühlschrank ) was dieses Hotel abliefert ist eine Frechheit!! Nie wieder !!!

We booked this hotel on two occasions. We had no issues with the online check-in. Front desk staff were extremely helpful esp the young girl who manned the desk on the weekdays. Very convenient location- a short walk to the station or the bus stop and the public transport system is extremely reliable and efficient. Rooms were cleaned when requested. It does get quite hot in the room and unable to open the windows as the street noise is constant. The second time around the room we got had an awkward pungent smell but we did not get too fussy as we were hardly in the room save to shower and sleep and we made do with a room freshner not that this should be the resolve. This is an ideal place for short stays as it is so convenient.

Arrived before noon. No one is present wt exception. No storage of luggage. Had to wait till someone came at 1:30. Staff friendly when present. Great to have coffee machine and free water bottles in the afternoons. Breakfast very satisfying.

Ich habe dass gebuchte Zimmer nicht erhalten, staddesse ein Zimmer zur Straße hin mit großem Bett. Die Möbel sind stark abgenutzt die Bar im Zimmer hatte nur Wasser ( dass soll eine Bar sein? ) zum 50ten Geburtstag stand nicht einmal eine kleine Flasche Sekt. Aus Nachbar Zimmer kam häufig starker Geruch.

Truly disgusting hotel. The room smelled like sour milk and old cheese. We asked for cleaning and the maid handled us a bottle of febreeze and left. We complained and the manager said she’ll clean the floor. But it still smelled. They moved us to another room, but it was a smoking room and the smell was bad also. We paid for three nights but we just left immediately— too gross to stay in such an unsanitary hotel. Absolutely avoid this trash hotel

Property was close to the Dietikon station accessible by walk or by bus. Staff was friendly. Free coffee and water was offered everyday which was a nice touch. Digital keys were available to access the property and the room.

Very bad experience with this hotel No customer service once you book your stay online and they get your money you're on your own. You have to self check in nobody there to check you out nobody there to address any problems you have with your room room was outdated and not properly cleaned.

The staff was amazing. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Coffe was excellent and free. Outstanding hotel.
