「Loved all the staff members working there. All very nice, welcoming, and helpful. It was noisy, throughout the night I could hear doors slamming, this kept disrupting my sleep on two of the nights (out of the 5).」

「房间条件还可以，有厨房，但设施一般般，晚上到的，前台已经关闭，需要到隔壁另外酒店的前台办理入住，第一次的房间靠马路，比较吵，后来换了一间还可以。」

「Desk staff were very helpful. I asked if they could enable the captions (not the sound) on the area TVs and they did so. They also helped when my internet access was not working as needed. On initial entry, staff member Becca was especially welcoming listened well, and responded to my questions based on what I'd said not some canned answer, repeated, Great guest services.」

「The office staff was beyond reproach, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. I called to add an extra day and change the accommodations and they were more than helpful. One of them even offered me one of her jackets the cooler day. I would definitely stay again.」
