「1.一開始入住是海景房二樓，發現海景都被樹完全擋住了，要求更換。服務人員後來幫我們換到一樓景色沒有遮蔽的房間。 2. 早餐buffet很豐盛好吃， 晚餐的Buffet 菜色須改善，建議選擇單點菜單。 」

「The Hotel is beautiful, the architecture is traditional Colombia design. There are Columns made out of coral… it is just beautiful. It is over 30 years old. We ate in the restaurant one night. I would rate the food 6.8/10. I was hoping for better. I think patecones should be served fresh and hot out of the fryilator. And also rice should be served hot. My wife had a very nicely cooked fish.」

「Good & comforable」

「Bettina and Darwin are the most hospitable hosts imaginable. There are only 2 rooms, so you immediately feel one of the family. My room was divine, colourful and comfortable. Breakfast with a breathtaking view over Banos, under the supervision of their two llamas grazing nearby. It’s worth coming to Banos just to stay here. Only caution- the road is very steep.
