「Beautiful hotel. Pool restaurant staff is kind and very helpful. Beautiful views. Room was lovely with slate bathroom. Highly recommend」

「Clean room. Great view. Nice facility. Note that the rooms do not have air conditioning. Yes, you can open the windows to cool the room at night, but the windows do not have screens. Hence, mosquitos come in. Rooms should have screens. Breakfast was OK, not stellar. 」

「The lodge is in a beautiful setting and staff were very helpful. It was a bit remote from the main part of Bariloche, and driving in and out through the security gate was a mess. We were stopped and questioned nearly every time we entered and exited, even though they had all of our documentation and face recognition data on hand. Their system needs a serious update.」

「My family and I had the best time here. It’s a great property with very nice amenities and the staff is wonderful. All the agents at the Front Desk were wonderful. I wish I knew everyone’s name. Pablo at the FD was very helpful. Very nice breakfast with a superb view. Perfect location as well. We stayed at the Condor cabin.」
