Todo excelente

Customer service at the hotel was excellent. Our original room booked wasn’t available when we arrived but Katherine noticed we were unhappy about it, and unprompted upgraded our room for the other days. Rooms were very spacious and new. Clean, nice location across the park and friendly bar staff especially Felix who haves excellent restaurant recommendations. Definitely will come again.

What a wonderful hotel. The staff is terrific. Location perfect. Room was great. And the breakfast was a nice way to start the day. I'd be happy to stay there again.

One of the best hotel we’ve stayed at around the world! Outstanding front desk staff customer service . Hotel is clean and good location. Highly recommend!

Our pre cruise, four-night stay at the Casa Bevant (CB) was truly memorable. The hotel is very centrally located. Turn right upon exiting the hotel and the Recoleta Cemetery, the Recoleta Urban Mall and a host of sidewalk cafes, restaurants and even bars are within a 5-minute walk along a lovely tree lined street. Turn left and there are more coffee bars, bakeries, a major supermarket and if you need it even a place to have your suitcase repaired (we needed that). The hotel itself is well...

A truly charming property. The staff at the reception and in the dining room was very helpful and nice, especially Alejandra. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of a variety of high quality items, including smoked trout. we had dinner there once as well and it was very good. An added bonus was watching the crested caracara at breakfast. We stayed in the master suite with our own steam room, jacuzzi, and dry sauna. After a long hike we really enjoyed the sauna. The view from our room and...

Great place great service spectacular View great location friendly staff Will win we back

This was a great find. Location was excellent with many eateries and sights close by. Minutes from the theater district. Safe area to walk at night. The service by the hotel staff is second to NONE.

Exceptional hotel in Palermo area. Friendly and professional staff. Modern and beautiful room with a breath taking panoramic window. Wonderful breakfast. Safe and nice walkable area. I just love it!!!!

The hotel has a nice dome on the rooftop, we enjoyed a relaxed evening with hot cocoa and listening to music.

Everything about the property is fantastic, the location the staff the architecture and the food, but what stands out the best is the amazing staff

Great service and rooms are excellent with very comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent location also.

Always a pleasure to return to this hotel, it's really a great deal in an area of hyper-expensive hotels.

Great location, service, food, and overall comfort. Would definitely return.

On a pleasant quiet side street but just a few blocks away from Santa Fe street made our stay very pleasant the staff was courteous and helpful. And being small we didn’t have to waste time walking thru large lobbies. With only a few rooms per floor there were no long hallways.

We stayed a the Smart Hotel for a full week on our two-week trip to Argentina. This hotel beat my high expectations and was such a perfect place if you're looking to stay in Palermo. The hotel design is beautiful and our room 401 was amazing with a large patio, view of the pool, and jacuzzi. Also, the pool was incredible and spent a lot of time there, so refreshing during those hot summer days in BA! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a beautiful boutique hotel with a pool and...

My wife and I booked this hotel through Expedia. No previous knowledge of this hotel (we usually stay at the Four Seasons). We are glad we found it. Excellent rooms (I got an upgrade for being Expedia Gold) and also a complimentary lunch coupon for USD55.- Staff is dedicated, attentive to detail and well trained, both front desk and restaurant. The food at the restaurant is excellent, the restaurant caters to the hotel guests, but get a lot of repetitive business from locals who know about...
