"First of all, the staff were very nice and attentive. The problem was no WiFi and they couldn’t tells us why. There are no safes in the room and the ones at the desk were full. The television was terrible with 3-4 channels and in general, the hotel is overpriced."

"A wonderful hotel with incredible views, especially during breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful and always happy to provide recommendations. The suites were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The pool was nice, half inside and half outside and very welcome after a day in the snow. The breakfast itself was very good and the staff was friendly and very accommodating with any special requests, (like ice for coffee). Should I ever return to Bariloche, would not hesitate to stay here again. Some VERY fond memories!!"
