Very nice and quiet place, away from the noise and crowds but close enough to the main attractions. I am very pleased with the hospitality, the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. This property is located in a unique location, in front of a beautiful lake and mountains. It is a beautiful place to spend several days. The employees are very kind. The restaurant's food is excellent, they have a good chef who prepares exquisite dishes. In my opinion it is the best hotel in Bariloche.

Beautiful lakeside hotel with gorgeous art and sculptures everywhere. Service was excellent and our room was very comfortable with twice daily housekeeping service. Compared with US 5-star hotels this fell a little short. No bedside plugs to charge your phone, no reading lights, the jacuzzi has to be filled every time you want to use it. But it was a charming place and reflects the natural beauty of Bariloche.
