「Checkin was fast and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was clean and comfortable. Pillows were great. No lotion was provided.😞」

「Jaquelyne at the hotel front desk was awesome, making us feel very welcome. John at the players club desk was also friendly and helpful. Also while getting a bite to eat at the Sports Lounge Janelle was very accommodating, friendly and always with a smile.」

「Online pictures of hotel misleading - seemed nicer online then in person. Our $20 dollar Zyrtec bottle went missing and when we notified staff they did not seem to care and acted like we were lying. Did not provide any alternative to improve our experience. 」

「Front desk was friendly and very helpful. Made a GREAT recomendation for a dinner spot. Rooms and pool area were spotless. Morning breakfast was fresh and tasty and their 24 coffee machine provided the BEST hotel coffee ive ever had!」

「It was fine but there are areas of the hotel that could use a deep clean. A little customer service at the front counter wouldn’t hurt either. I’ll stay elsewhere next time I visit. 」
